Second anniversaries are cozy, like the traditional gift of cotton. You've made through a couple of years and you're nice and comfortable in your relationship. Gift ideas for your second anniversary could follow suit. Great traditional 2nd anniversary gifts are cozy like the cotton their made from and you could spend the day together enjoying your cozy relationship and gifts. If you're not into cozy this year, try out the modern, more elegant 2nd anniversary gift of china. Not into either? The great thing about anniversary lists is that they're only guidelines.
For romantic ideas here is some tips :-
1. Take a 2nd honeymoon.
2. Relive the past. Re-watch your wedding video, look at your wedding album together, and reflect on the last two years.
3. Take a weekend getaway: 2 romantic days to celebrate the last 2 years.
4. Instead of dinner, go out for two things: drinks and dessert.
5. Celebrate for two nights instead of just one! Go out to dinner both nights.
6. Give her two single roses (or whatever flower you used in your wedding) to celebrate 2 years.
7. Send him two romantic email messages. One telling him how much you love and the other telling him how much you want him that night.
8. Match the number of gifts to your anniversary: Give him/her two small gifts for the second anniversary.
Hope that helps please rate if you like

I say get it all nice and pretty (a.k.a. clean, maybe light yourself a few candles and get some good music going), and have yourself dressed in your sexiest bra/panty set. Tease him with a little massage or dance or letting him watch you get dressed... but don't finish things up yet! Drive him nearly crazy and then go off to dinner and watch him drool over you for an entire meal until he can take you back home and mess up those neat sheets.
If it was my fella, I know that would pretty much be the greatest anniversary gift ever.
That's my suggestion! Good luck, sweetness!
