writes: I'm 17 and a virgin, I've got a problem with my foreskin, see it covers my penis head while erect, while not erect i can pull it down (obviously for hygienic purpose).Also sometimes it gets erect and the foreskin gets pulled down but it feels painful and the erection goes tender.Is this a natural problem for a virgin and can it cause any complications? If not could anyone point out what I could/should do?

reader, anonymous, writes (23 March 2009): I've had the same problem but i rushed into sex with this problem i was too scared to see a docter or tell anybody about it and i found sex not very enjoyable it hurt quite badly after talking with my girlfriend and researching there were ways like excersises you can do to losen your forskin like just getting a erection in the bath and pulling back to wear it hurt my 2nd time of sex i ripped part of my foreskin but now i have done the excersises sex is amazing and im happy i came out and told her Good luck chappy

reader, anonymous, writes (23 March 2009): Some guys have a naturally tight foreskin which might need some medical intervention to loosen it up a little. It has nothing to do with being a virgin. Have a talk about it with your doctor, who will know what to do about the problem.
