How am I supposed to makeout a girl if I can't breathe through my nose? Should I hold my breath or try to breath occasionally through my mouth? Does anyone have some sort of technique? I'm assuming a girl wouldn't like it if i breathed into her mouth. Lol any help or advice is appreciated

Alternate between holding your breath, and breaking up the kiss. Don't breathe into her mouth. Alternate between kissing her lips and her neck, then back to her lips. Go slow and tease her, and it'll be okay! You don't have to latch onto her lips and suck like a plecostomus (those sucker fish that latch onto the side of an aquarium for hours).
Also, while you're kissing, run your hands softly along her jawline and neck as you kiss.
As for your nasal problems, have you visited a doctor to try to remedy that? From nasal sprays to nasal surgery, there are solutions!

Go to a doctor and get whatevers wrong fixed. It has more to do with your health than making out, it will lead to a more comfortable life.
