 i had the same problem with my fiance, in the end it was forth time lucky. 1st time i just couldnt get it up enough as was bricking it not wanting to hurt her. next time i got just past the entrance and she wanted to stop as it hurt to much, next all the way in but again it hurt to much. but finaly we went all the way without any problems (after i stopped shaking with nerves).
just take things very slowly make you you are both relaxed a nice massage will help, then when you are both ready take it slowly and have fun.
remember if at any point she asks you to stop (for any reason) then do so, yes its hard to do but it is the right thing to do.
