 Firstly, this is all completely natural and you shouldn't be embaressed about it, although it definitely seems like you're not!!! Experimenting with our bodies is what makes us develop and have healthy sex lives later on in life when we meet someone.
The sections of shops with the sex toys in are over 18s only so you won't be able to get one from there. You also need a credit card to buy one over the internet. Why not speak to someone you trust who is older who can help you get one?
I do think you are a bit young for all this but I suppose if this is the way you feel, it's better you do it on your own than with a guy. Good luck!!!
