writes: Okay here's my problem, I thought it had disappeared but apparently only when ive been drinking.I'll put it this way, I had a miscommunication with a girl about a date recently, she texted me asking me out and seeing as we had class in five minutes I decided to tell her in person that I'd like that, anyway we ended up trying to talk over other people and I thought she heard me agree and said she'd call me later. She didn't call me, so I'm now thinking she might not have fully understood, she's german.Anyway I finally got her alone and this is the problem I wanted to ask her what had happened, but as soon as that thought came into my head my hands started shaking noticably and uncontrollably, my head started to mix up my thoughts and I began to panic, it happens everytime, Ive talked to her loads in person about other things and I'm fine talking to even the most beautiful women, but when it comes to that kind of conversation there's nothing I can do my body just goes apeshit! Any suggestions?

it might not seem the same circumstances but im the same; but in english classes! like in front of everybody; the only time im not like that is when im drunk!
i know its hard to do but just stop; take a deep breath and imagine your talking to somebody else; stand tall and just give yourself a bit of confidence; if she picks up on it then she'll probably just think its cute so don't fret about it :) it's good that you decided to talk to her in person rather than just thinking you'll talk to her on msn or text her or something. hope this helps a little x
