He talks to me about What he does out of school e.g clubbing ect 6. we went on a trip to a local hospital and when we were going around to see different parts he kept asking if I was ok7. he came into my science class to get some papers and I was standing by the board and I go to him what do you want joking with him and he goes j I want lots of things.8. I was putting my folder back in another classroom and he was teaching oppisite and I was walking out and he was pull fun faces at meim 19 coming 20 and my teacher is 31 and he's married. I might be wrong but it could just be him being friendly. But he's not like it with anyone else

I tried writing "Yes, he is flirting" as my answer about a week ago, and I'm unsure why it wasn't posted. Perhaps I'm supposed to write more than the answer. So here--I'll try this again.
Unless you're leaving out some important detail, the answer based on the information you gave is yes of course he is flirting. I mean, why else would a 31 year old man be telling you during school time about clubbing, asking to touch you (which is what would have happened if he'd drawn on you), and making the suggestive remark "I want lots of things"? Flirting happens all the time, often without any real intention of a relationship.
