writes: Does this teacher like me?Well i have a teacher and she's a girl it started of when my friend ask for her phone number and i did as well.(im a girl)on that day we started texting, then stopped. then three weeks later she texted me and greeted me good afternoon. and i replied hey miss. then she said hi back. then i asked how was she. then later on she replied, today is really boring if you were only a guy i would have a crush on you already. then she asked do you want to know why. i didnt reply for a while cause my friend called. she texted back emphasizing If you were only a guy. then i asked why if i was a guy she would have a crush on me. then she asked if i was sure i wanted to know, then i said yeah sure, cause i was really curious. then she replied cause your nice and your cute. What does this mean? please i need helpthis happened yesterday8/8/2010/

elden knight is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks for the advice. but you know what some of my friends told me to just act normal it got worst. so acted not normal, meaning i hardly talk to my teacher even in class, and still it got worst!!! and now she's getting somewhat jealous of one of my friends cause were really close. really close. but were not together. she is just a close friend and now she acting all weird making eye signals to my best friend saomewhat saying " hey look im talking to her" *smile*. GAH!!!

I agree that she may be interested in this OP as more than just a friend, "Quiet", but I'm guessing that the culture in the Phils is a bit different?
The reason for the teacher's saying "if you were a boy" was so as not to frighten the student because of its' being a same-sex relationship. Again, another guess, but maybe a good one?
I would suggest doing nothing and letting it ride unless the teacher's actions become inappropriate for your culture, Elden.

SHould a teacher even be allowed to have contact with you, cos in england they would get sued from their job :\
I think your teeacher is lonely, and may be a bi-sexual but shes got to rememeber your one of her students.
