There's just this one male teacher I suck at making eye contact with, it's just he knows im shy. This teacher has "stare" while talking and it just freaks me out. I find it kind of threatening actually, I mean that's the look murderers give in a movie or something, and yeah I look away too, I don't see how someone can look someone else in the eye like that. It's not that I'm trying to hide anything I just find it genuinely creepy. When I do try to make eye contact I always end up looking like I've been traumatized, or a bit scared. But this male teacher just kinda creeps me out because he make really long and uncomfortably strong eye contact. I've tried everything: looking between his eyes, his nose, his eyebrows, his forehead, any facial feature but it still doesn't work because im still looking at his face!! and I can always feel his stare, or eye contact?I really need help, any advice will help, thanks.

I would just stare back at his nose. It's less "scary".

My niece who was in the Army would slightly blur her eyes and focus on an imaginary spot behind the superior officer. It looked like she was looking at him or her but kept her from making locked eye contact.
You could also buy a pair of reading glasses from Boots and pop those on your nose. You won't be able to focus on anything then. Just don't try to walk with them on.
