Tell him to get the hell away from you or you'll tell your sister and your dad and ruin his life.
Your parents may be used to having him around but I bet they would take your word over his any day.
Tell him to go away and if he doesn't then tell your parents.
Also, try to stay away from him, and avoid being alone with him.

Hunny my advise to you is tell him straight to back off but maybe in stronger words and tone...Scare the living shit out of him, He wont expect it love..
After saying this I would be (and this is just me) thinking of my sister and my family and how he is taking the piss, This has just started you say and you are 17, He has been in the family for along time so has seen you grow up...And now at your age he is finding it good to speak this way to you YUK!!!!!!
I personally feel you need to talk to someone, I understand you don't want to rock the boat love your sister has only been married for a month the poor girl, And already her husband is behaving like a total prat..If you really cant talk to your family then can you find a teacher at school to open up to or a school counsellor. This is so wrong love he could be doing this to other women as well, Try and talk to someone but make it absolutely clear to him to back the hell off TAKE CARE OF YOU HUNNY WITH LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
