She goes out when she wants and pays for nothing for the child and has no responsibility for the child. I babysit it quite a bit when my mother is out and recently it has started calling me "mama". I know this doesnt seem right but under the circumstances it has happened. how do i get the child to realise whats in front of it???? I in my early 20's and when people come to visit its gonna look very bad that the child doesn't call it's mother "mama".

Its not really something you can help. The only one who can change it is your sister who needs to start being a little more responsible. It is HER child and she needs to realize just how much that actually means unless she doesn't want it. If she doesn't, she still needs to take the appropriate steps to ensure the child is happy, if that means giving it up for adoption so it can be with someone who will love it, so be it. Unless a member of your family wants to keep it, then that makes things a lot simpler.
I hope that helps.
