Your parents need to get custody of that child now..because if they don't there is a possibility she could take the child with her when she does leave. Then your parents will have that worry of the unknown whereabouts of their grandchild hanging over their heads.
They get full custody of the child then they kick your sister out, using legal force if necessary.
A

There is no saying she will leave the child behind anyway, she may just disappear with the child, then how do you know he/she will be looked after.

The child cares more for my mother than for his own and has recently started calling my father dada. if she goes then my mother will apply for custody of the child because my sister is incapable to caring for the child. she talks about going on holidays when she doesnt even pay for childcare.

If your sister leaves and stays with someone else is there a chance that she will be leaving her baby with just anyone so that she can go out?

A
