A female Ireland age 30-35, anonymous writes:

My sister got pregnant and my parents let her stay at home. now that the child is 1 year old now they want her to leave and get a house of her own. they have constantly told her to go cause all she does is causes hassle and fights with everyone. She pays for nothing. Currently my mother is caring for the child and raising it and my sister doesn't do a tap with it and takes off out on nights and leaves her child without even a word or asking someone to babysit.

How do my parents force her out of home now???

tennisstar88 agony auntYour parents need to get custody of that child now..because if they don't there is a possibility she could take the child with her when she does leave. Then your parents will have that worry of the unknown whereabouts of their grandchild hanging over their heads.

They get full custody of the child then they kick your sister out, using legal force if necessary.

The child is caught in the middle, how do you think the child is going to feel if his/her mother is kicked out and they are left behind? I know by the sound as if the child's mother doesn't want him/her but you don't want the child to know that.

There is no saying she will leave the child behind anyway, she may just disappear with the child, then how do you know he/she will be looked after.

This is verified as being by the original poster of the question

she treats the child as if its one of her siblings and not her child. The child cares more for my mother than for his own and has recently started calling my father dada. if she goes then my mother will apply for custody of the child because my sister is incapable to caring for the child. she talks about going on holidays when she doesnt even pay for childcare.

raiders agony auntIf your sister leaves and stays with someone else is there a chance that she will be leaving her baby with just anyone so that she can go out?

Do they want just your sister to leave or do they want her to take 'it' with her?
