 I guess you have just reached your sexual peak and you are just going through a stage where your sex drive is high. Try not to let it get you down, instead make the most of it and enjoy it. If you have the need to masturbate well then do it, there is no shame in it and you can make it a personal thing so that your fiancée doesn't feel that he is not satisfying you.
