If you've had experience with nipple piercings or work in a piercing parlor, PLZ HELP!

I got my nipple done a little over a year now and it still hasn't healed, I am cleaning it in sea salt soaks.

Should I be moving it while doing this? (I have been moving it)

I have started to find it really stiff and I can't move the jewellery with ease, I mean I really have to put a bit of effort in to move the jewellery, is this normal when its almost healed, is this normal, before its "ALMOST FULLY" healed??

I also should mention that when I turned the jewellery I got like skin from inside of my nipple rolling out while I move the jewellery, I've had it doing that a couple of times but this time more than usual and it bled this time and was stingy!!

HELP PLZ

IF I NEED 2 I WILL TAKE IT OUT! I'm just getting sick of not knowing what its up 2!!
