It's pretty common for the cycle to be broken, can take longer or shorter time, sometimes, it even skip a month. If it is back, you are not pregnant. If you, are still scared, get a test. Also, use protection.

If you had your period then the chances of you being pregnant are very slim. However, some women do still get their "period" while pregnant. i.e. they still get bleedings every month but it is not seen as a real period. So, if you are worried about get a pregnancy test.
You might want to get yourself some condoms or consider going on the pill so you can safe yourself future worries.
