Anyway, masturbation is a good thing; don’t let anyone tell you different. Sure you can use a little lubrication as this will ease friction but it’s not essential as long as you take it easy with the little fellow. Obviously if you masturbate many times in one day then you might not get erect for sex so pace yourself! Hi Sabbir. Don't worry it just sounds like a case of nerves. Sometimes we just want to please the girl so much we don't think of ourselves or relax enough and this affects ones erection. Try looking at the girl’s breasts and your penis penetrating her. Maybe try doggy style... We guys are more visual so this might help. I'm sure once you've done this for a few times things will function according to plan. Just don't worry about it as this makes it worse. If this still does not work maybe try discussing this with the girls before you have sex and see if she can help you relax or if that fails contact a local sex therapist or your doctor and discuss it with them.
