Orgasms through sex do occur for me, but they're not nearly as significant as the ones I used to be able to reach by myself. Is this change normal? Is there anything I can do to improve it?

I use a little vibratiing bullet pressed against my clit and I also use a vibrator too, it depends what mood I'm in. try these things and then see how you feel.
happy experimenting!
