We met through okcupid so we both have accounts through that, and we're both listed as single on facebook. Generally, how does the etiquette go for changing that stuff? Should I try to have a further talk with him about becoming 'facebook official', and if so, should I wait for him to bring it up with me since I already asked him to go steady? Or do I just change my stuff and assume he'll probably just follow my lead? And what's a nice time frame? Not that any of this stuff is super important, I just wonder what the typical thing is and don't want to seem like a weirdo who has no idea what's expected(aka myself).

I already sent him the request a couple hours ago and he hasn't confirmed it yet, but I figure if agreeing to be in a relationship was so easy, it can't be THAT big a deal to admit it publicly.I will see what he does. If he confirms it, great. If not, oh well, not the end of the world.

If it does, then change your status whenever, I bet he hasn't even given it a thought.
