The bleeding is when the hymen breaks and it doesn't feel like anything. Yours has already broken so it can't break again. Therefor, it's unlikely that you will bleed but it is possible if there is any tearing in the tissue inside your vagina, but i wouldn't worry about it cuz honey i just gave birth and I assure you my baby is bigger than your man's penis and i only had one tear.
We're built to have rather large things in that hole, so don't worry. It will hurt at first because you're not used to it, but you'll probably get used to it just as you did for your ex. It certainly isn't a reason to never have sex with him.
