you are 14 years old! and your body is going through a process where you are finding your tue figure
so please dont make something stupid
you are young dont worry so much
stop doing what you are doing before you end up in something dangerous.
try to be happy, dont think about your weight that much.
you deserve to have fun and laugh
instead of not eating or having all this issues.
you are loosing many experiences because of this.
(: live.

You'll make yourself extremely ill, it'll ruin your teeth and eventually you'll be doing it so much that you'll never keep any food down. You need to sort out this problem now before it takes over your life (if it hasn't already). We've all seen victims of eating disorders on TV or in magazines. Gaunt, pale and unwell. That is not attractive, is it?
Talk to someone you trust (preferably an adult) and tell them that you can't deal with this on your own.

I gathered by what you say that your weight hasn't changed much and you have gone from being happy to being unhappy about your weight.
At the age you are at the body goes through a lot of changes as you naturally change from being a child to being a woman.
Hormones, Appitites, and everything else goes through the ceiling and everything feels like it is going completely out of your control.
All it is, is the natural progression you are making from child to adult. Go with it and lat nature take it's course. Eat a good healthy diet (1500-2000kcals daily) and continue to stay fit maybe through a social sport as opposed to rigourous excercising on your own. Is there a local sports club or an activity centre you could join to broaden your horizons a bit?
Have a chat with a doctor or a health visitor about how you are feeling and see what they can do to help. You say you still do it and haven't told your friends so you know what you are doing at the moment is not right.
