willywombat agony auntJust maybe your mum is waiting for you to say something. Maybe your paranoid-ness has made her act wierd?? If your relationship wiht her has been good up to now then cahnces are she will just be waiting for you to confide in her.

My Mum is my best friend and was from early on because she listened and trusted me and tried to understand me. Most of our parents do things that are only trying to protect us. So it sounds like she is standing back and giving you space to come to her to talk....instead of pressuring you to talk at her pace. Do you understand what I am getting at? She is your mum and as such should be your greatest ally in this growing up lark!

Good luck and go have a chat!

Phoebe Halliwell agony auntHi Sophie,

Well Mums can be kind of weird about this stuff. She still thinks of you as her little girl. The one who thought boys were "yucky things that pick their noses and rip the heads off Barbie dolls" !!!!

Chances are if you talk to your Mum about how her actions are making you Paranoid she'll stop and explain all!

My Advice would be TALK TO HER!!!

All the best, tell me how it goes!

Phoebe
