In the past 6/7 months I gained 1 stone but my weight is still healthy and so is my BMI for someone who is 5'8" (11 stone)Both of them are overweight and they both admit it but I'm not and they constantly make me feel like I am. I ordered a dress in a UK. size 12 and it fitted me but when I showed my mum a week later the dress and asked her to try and help me zip it up she barely tried and told me I had gained 3 times the amount of weight I had previously within a week. Now I hate eating and I constantly feel fat because of how I look but whenever I try to lose weight I get told to stop being stupid.I've tried talking to them and nothing works and I don't know what to do any more.help?

Listen, they are projecting their own feelings about themselves onto you, and it's actually in a weird way their way of trying to warn you to not become like they are.
You know that your weight is still healthy. If they're keeping on you like you're overweight, tell them that you'll get on a program if they do. Are they doing anything to help themselves? Talk is cheap.
Just eat healthy, because not eating will actually slow down your metabolism and cause you to gain weight. Eat regularly, and make good choices about what you eat. Stay healthy and exercise too. If you have no gym equipment or a treadmill at home, go out for walks.
