Its been 3 months now since I've been dating my sister's cousin male.. but my sister and I don't have the same father but same mother..and her cousin is in her father's family. My Mum is boycotting my relationship with that guy I don't know what to do. Should I stay with that guy or should I live him, please help!!! His mother accepts me as her daughter in law. Please, please help me, I don't want my relationship to end with him!

Yes it is true that you are of age to decide on your own, but even then people can offer to help you:

well i'm sorry there are not many possibilities in this case, but to just have a long chat with your mom, speak to her frankly and to the point!!

ASK her why she doesn't accept this (whether she has a grudge or something like that)

this is all that you can do !!!

One more thing possible is for both the families to have a chat and sort things out (which is harder than it sounds, but still attempt it)
