If I were in your position, I'd do nothing until she actually came onto you. If and when that happens, let her down easy as you would any girl whom you didn't fancy.
If the worst case scenario happens (she threatens to tell your mate you had sex with her unless you actually do), stick to your guns and refuse. If your friend knows how his mum is acting, chances are he'll be more able to accept your side of the story.
