I've been alone for 11 months.

Ok, you've got friends. Can any of them set you up with someone? I know blind dates can suck, but sometimes they work out. Since you're in uni, you've got opportunities to meet people every day. Find someone in class that you are interested in and introduce yourself or strike up a conversation. You just have to get out of your comfort zone a little.
