Dude is probably cheating on you, or subconscious ly wants to see other people. He doesnt know what he wants, hes immature young and see whats out there. He probably will not marry you.
Really, your too young to even think about marriage, im 22 and have just realized this myself. Do yourself a favor and dump the guy. He wants you to flirt with other people so he doesnt feel guilty himself. Take it from someone who's been cheated on, and has cheated. Its a classic scenario for that
