A female Philippines age 41-50, *shygirl writes:

My husband and i recently had a big fight. He made an statements to my in laws that he dont care to me and he only cares to my son. He also said to them that we are not gonna work out. We are currently living to his parents house. After all the statements he told them i feel like i dont have anymore reason to stay in his parents house. I'm still staying with them just for the sake of my son because i have nowhere to go. Should i still stick here or just find other place to live.

A reader, anonymous, writes (6 December 2010):

If he is all right with it and his family as well (do your in- laws still consider you a daughter), I am sure you will be able to stay there while you try to find new arrangements and get on your feet again. Your husband hopefully is sympathetic to that (likely he knows that his son's wellbeing is in part dependent on the wellbeing of the mother, especially if she were to win a good amount of child custody in court).

I am sorry for your stress... I hope things start looking up.
