He tells me that he has no control over these, our sex life is still active but obviously not as much as when we first met! He is 34 I am 40. I am starting to feel a bit insecure with this now as it happens every week. Can you advise as to why this could be happening? Is it me??

For one you could try having a little more sex maybe you could be spontaneous every now and again for a change and see how that affects it. You could maybe try helping him with the stress in his life aswell if possible.
Your partner didn't plan on having wet dreams and so it most likely isn't something you've done wrong so don't worry too much.
Ask your partner about it if the above advice doesn't work and if it really does worry you that much.

Maybe he's going through some type of stage. Don't bother him about it though. What do you propose he do about it? If you're feeling insecure, that is for you to deal with, perhaps with his help. Men don't plan wet dreams
