Is it cheating ,when my heart beats faster for my nephew. It does for my bf as well, but not when were just chatting. when were together it does. when we kiss ,when he just touch my hand.  Your heart probably beats faster for your nephew because you know it's wrong to be feeling the way you do about him, it's just the excitement of it.
I think maybe for a while it would be better if you had a little less contact with you nephew, see if this will pass which i'm sure it will.

 first of all is he your biological nephew? cos if he is then thats incest, but if he is ur nephew by relations then it is ok to have feelings.
maybe you and ur bf should spend time alone, away from ur nephew, like i dunno a holiday abroad, rekindle ur feelings
