Dazzerg agony auntThe most obvious question here is why don't you think its working. If you don't already know then you need to get to the bottom of that and then the next question is how broke is it and can we fix it? Also you need to ask if you really want to fix-it; maybe try sitting down and writing out how you feel and see how it goes from there. Good luck.
