 Do you mean like tingly numb? When he sucks your nipples you should be coming incredibly turned on. I don't know if you're at this stage yet but do you react in the same way when you orgasm? All the endorphins flying around your body do make you tingle to the point of being numb but if you feel it might be more serious than this it might be a good idea to wander off to the doctors to check it out.
