 Well experience builds over time. You just need to stay consistent and active with him. And there are some things that you can do in regards to the sex, but first you need to build up your confidence. My advice to you, is to read some articles on the subject. This will not only help you in the bedroom, but out of it as well.
And then once you become intimate again, you may want think to yourself that you are the best at what you do. Visualize yourself doing well, and talk mildly during sex for assurance- and to find out what your partner wants. And if you're bold enough, try dirty talking.
