We dont have a long time plan or marriage plan as such. but fear of guilt after sex is stopping me. Kissing or oral sex is okay with me but I fear a state of guilt in vaginal sex. Because of that the urge for sex is not satisfied within me and I am getting into depression. Why is it so please help

 You need to come to terms with your guilt issues. Either you will avoid sex, or you won't. Make up your mind.
That being said, if you date women that want sex (most all of them do, unless you date a woman that has the same guilt issues as you do) and if you do not give her sex...she will get it elsewhere.
If you choose not to have sex, only date women that do not want to have sex either. That is the only way.
