reader, anonymous, writes (4 September 2007): The daughter does not have any say so in this matter, she is the child, not the parent, and her Mom just needs to set her straight, it is her relationship to straighten out, not yours, so just stay out of it, and continue dating her Mom, be friendly to her, but don't let her walk all over you either,....time should take care of things.
