Tell her you don't want to jerk off, like it's a performance, in front of her, but, if she wants, she can masterbate you. She'll probably go for that, and you'll get to find out what masterbation is without admitting your naievity.
A word to the wise: The only reason she is asking you this is because either her previous boyfriend(s) has done this for her, or she watches a lot of porn. Ask her if she'll masterbate for you, or if she'll let you finger her (same thing).
