Behaving like a lady means having good manners not kissing and touching with a guy she hardly knows.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 June 2012): On the other hand, she may just not be interested in a relationship and is just using you for your general company, and that's why her heart doesn't appear to be in the intimate side of things. You wouldn't think women could be like that because females are said to be "Saints" and males "Devils" but errm...yep, women do play games too with men's feelings. I'm experienced in that department lol.

You have only known this girl for one month. Trust and feelings are not instant. It will take time for this girl to learn to trust you, and to be comfortable with being alone with you.
If you are wanting a girl to kiss and let you touch her after such a short time this is not the girl for you, one month is too soon to be saying you love somebody.
You need to back off a little bit and let things develop naturally, if all you want is a girl to kiss and touch you need to find somebody different.
