 Honestly, she isn't ready to move on from him. I don't see this ending well for you. She is connected to him through children and a shared business. He will always be in her life. Now he's sick. You can pretty much write this one off.
Speaking of writing, please take the time to re-read what you wrote here. You're supposedly an adult, so you might want to start typing like one. no wot i meeen? If I were her, a business owner, and I saw crap like that sent to me, that would be a huge turn off.
