In fact, her boss mentioned in an e-mail that he missed her to baby and signed it by saying xoxo, hugs. She would invite him to drinks at Clubs with other staff members. "Hey sexy" and "Hey handsome" is not appropriate business language in any way. If they don't already have a sexual relationship, they're moving toward it.
