You are dating a heterosexual woman. She likes penis. That is perfectly normal.
Sounds like she has a pretty high sex drive inside her. So, consider the flip side... low sex drive. She could not care about your penis at all. Which would you rather have?
As for "where ever we go". Is this bothering you in public? If so then let her know you are comfortable with that kind of "play" in public. This one is hard for man and woman because we naturally want to play with our partner in public and you can pretty much do anything to woman out of sight and no one would know. But if a woman messes around with a guy.... ahem! Someone's going to notice a stimulated guy and that's just embarrassing.
As for love.... no. Try not to confuse sex with love. While they play hand in hand, unless she says she loves you and for valid reasons don't assume anything else on your own.
