You actually took the piss out of a disabled child!
I think you should do some voluntary work with disabled children to show your girlfriend that you are a nice guy really. And it may even teach you some respect for others.
You really need to think long and hard about how insulting you have been to her and her family.

Um, wow, I cannot believe you would make fun of a deaf child. That is pretty low.
It sounds like you don't even realize how hurtful you were to your GF and how disrespectful you were to her family, and until you can see how truly distasteful your actions were, there is nothing you can do to win over your GF again. Unless you are truly sorry and sincere for making fun of someone who is about 10x more helpless than you, she will see right through you and never take you back.
You need to be sorry for what you did, and not sorry for the consequences of your actions. It shouldn't take her throwing you out to make you realize that making fun of someone with a handicap at such a young age is a bad thing.
