writes: i am 16 and 5 ft 3, so am like one of the shortest in my class. what can i do to be taller? i mean, i already eat alot of veggies and stuff, and meat and anything which culd make me taller. also, i have G boobs, so its not like i have a problem there...so why am i so short? i never get any spots, does that have anything to do with it? will i ever grow? thanxxx

The only way you can grow to you genetically predetermined height is to eat right and be healthy. As long as you do that, you can almost guarantee you will meet your normal height.
You still have a few years ahead of you where you might grow, but there really isn't anything you can do about it. Just relax and be confident in yourself, no one really gives a hoot about height when it comes down to things. Don't worry, be happy, love!

reader, anonymous, writes (1 March 2009): I am only 5' tall, and stopped growing at age 18. I have never had a problem with being short. Guys seem to like it! The tallest guy I dated was 6'4" and it was nice!!! The shortest was 5'7" and that also was nice! My current boyfriend is 5'10" and we look great together. When dressing up, I always wear 3" heels or sometimes higher. But I am just as comfortable in tennis shoes or flip-flops! The only thing about being short is always having to watch my weight. When you are my height 5lbs makes a difference!
