Ok here's the deal.

My girlfriend is going 2 college and seriously I don't know what to do I am depressed, I don't sleep at night,I cry a lot,and all I do is just think of her she's the best thing that has ever happend to me..

When I was young I went through a lot of abuse and etc.. Always beleived everybody was out to hurt me but since I met her I have had a different perspective about life..

And now that she's leaving I feel lonely and sad.. And when we are together she always ends up mad with me but she doesn't understand that we should cherish the time we have left together..

Everytime at night when we are on the phone and she says she's gonna go 2 sleep I start crying cause that's another day less.. And I need help =[

A female reader, superrrshawna United States +, writes (29 August 2008):

superrrshawna agony auntgetting angry might be a self-defense instinct of hers. she is just as scared about your relationship when she goes away as you are so she might be pushing you away subconsciously. it would protect her from getting AS hurt if the two of you should break up.

just do what feels right, honey.

it is really hard to go to college with a relationship, and it is even harder to keep one once you get there. people change a lot from senior year to 1st year, but worry about that if it happens.

until then, keep yourself busy. comfort yourself with thoughts of phone calls, visits, picture texts and skype.

good luck!
