A male United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Hey,

I'm a 29 year old guy, in a relationship, if we can call it that way, with a 21 year old. We had our ups and downs, when there's a problem I frankly avoid it, coz to be honest, I like the gal, she's golden. But she really bummed me out these last few weeks, she's being really cold with her responses, I trust her, and I'm sure she's not cheating on what not. I mean really cold, like a 'polite' fuck you in the face. I talk with her, she acts normal. I lost my mind.

Any help?

A male reader, CaringGuy United Kingdom +, writes (11 April 2010):

Ask her what's going on. Tell her that she's been acting this way and see what she says. The problem is that her being 21 means she's still young and perhaps a little immature in the way she handles things. You can't avoid this problem. You need to address it and ask her what is going on.
