In order for you to have peace of mind and understand why she does not want sex; TALK to her; ask her about it; if you can have sex with somebody then you must be able to communicate about sex too.
If you approach the subject with her in a very gentle way and talk about what she likes, what she does not like; gently steer the conversation you will get your answer.
