writes:Ive been away from my girlfriend off and on because of my job, with me only staying about a month here and there before i am forced to leave again. Recently she has become very close to one of her guy friends, and now refers to him as her best friend. I dont think she has cheated on me, but for some reason it worries me now that she and him hang out while im away. While i would trust her with my life, am i just being stupidly jealous?

 Honestly, you do sound jealous, but with good reason. If you're very concerned that she may be possiby cheating on you, ask her upfront in an adult manner. Don't be mad, just tell her how you feel.

The way I see it is that your gf is getting closer to another guy when I bet you wish it was you she was getting closer with. But having said that you should still trust her. At the very least tell her how you feel in a polite way and ask her as well how she feels. I think doing that will help you to trust her more, and prolly help with that jealousy u got there.
