It sounds like a bad idea in several ways.
It looks like your friends are using you to act out some of their own fantasies. Read that again: your friends are using you. Why do you have friends who use you?
It goes without saying that the "sex" you might have with a paid partner will NOT have any elements of love, caring, or commitment that you will experience with a wife or life-partner.
It is very unlikely that a paid partner will even have respect or consideration for you, such as you would expect from a partner in a long-term relationship.
In fact, there probably won't even be the elements of attraction and lust you might feel with a one-night stand.
What it comes down to is that you would be masturbating into her vagina. Sex with a knot-hole in the fence is likely to be as pleasurable as that - and a lot safer.
In all likelihood you WILL eventually meet a girl to care for and love. (Look around - nearly everybody does. Yeah, I know, that's one of the things that bothers you. But you should do a little research for all the other people who have already asked that question on this Forum, then consider whether to start a new thread with your own version of "How can I find a girlfriend?".) And at some point in your relationship with this girl you care for, the two of you will be preparing to become intimate and it will come out: "Well, I paid a girl to take my virginity.". How do you suppose she will react? If you are LUCKY, it will be no worse than "Make sure you use an extra-strong condom!".
You really need to hold out for something better.

She would probably be a bit put off that you paid for it. You sound like a nice person so please stick to your morals and wait for the right person. It will be so much more special to share it with someone who loves you.

 In my opinion, you shouldn't. I mean, did all of THEM have their first times with strippers and protistutes? These are women who make their living through sex and what happens when it becomes a job is that it stops being pleasurable, it's a chore. They act their way through it and some go home feeling depressed and used. Your first time, you'll always remember and when you're an old man you want to remember a girl sweet face, a laugh you found adorable, and a personality you loved being around as your first lover. You don't want the image of a woman with tons of make-up, expressionless eyes, and a "let's get to bussiness" attitude as your first. I won't lie and tell you that your first will be your forever true love since that rarely happens nowdays but, it should be someone who cares for you and who you care for-not a stranger out to make money.

I know a lot of guys lose their virginity to a prostitute, the town ho, or a meaningless girl. My first used and dumped me, and like a naiive teen, I thought she loved me. It left scars that make me suspicious of many women...not good. I'm working through that, but I would say make your first time memorable. Doesn't mean you have to love her, but it would be good to at least know her. Your first will mold how you look at sexuality to an extent, so don't make it a random hookup if you can avoid it. The fact you are having doubts is proof its not right for you.

Dont tarnish the first time with a visit to a prostitute, rather have an enjoyable time with a girl you want to be with and who will be flattered to have a virgin as a bf.
