Yesterday she told me that her breasts appeared to be "leaking" and she was afraid this meant she was pregnant. I did research and found out that breast milk doesnt appear till after a baby is born, so it cant be that. However, she's still worried, because she doesnt know what it is or what it means. Does anybody know?

Usually it's just a hormonal thing, but she might aswell go to the doctor and see what they say.
