DO not take any kind of mind altering medication with out your doctor thinking it is necessary.
As for you being a spaz, maybe what you need is to learn time management instead.
If you feel you can not concentrate well during school/tests talk to your mom and maybe your doctor.
DO NOT take medicine all willy nilly, please.
UNLESS it is prescribed to YOU it is against the law. Think before you do something stupid.

It's also illegal to use it when it hasn't been prescribed for you. You will do best on your tests if you get a good night of sleep and eat breakfast. Introducing a drug you've never tried before will just distract you from your tests and it could be dangerous.

I have many friends that take it, and they say it helps them A LOT. The problem is that the effect lasts too long, and sometimes they can't sleep at night, and when the effect finally wears off it's 7am and they have to go to school, so they have to take another one so they don't feel all f*c*ed up. It turns into a cycle. I'd say it's sort of addictive. My friends say they don't feel any side effect apart from not being able to sleep because of the long-lasting effect of the pill.Hope that helped. Good luck on your test.
