Yes you can. Herpes on your lips is called a coldsore. I wouldn't worry yourself silly about it though as there are plenty of creams to get rid of one if you do get it. You can get it from kissing aswell.
If it happens from something you used in a food place then don't go back there. Only go places you trust to be clean.

Yes this is true. If you drink from a dirty glass or use a fork that hasn't been washed propaly you can get herpes. You can also get herpes from kissing someone. Its called a coldsore when you have herpes on your lips. x

Yes, it's true. If you use a glass, utensil or anything else that has not been thoroughly cleaned and that was used by someone who had blisters, then it's very likely that you could get it, as well. (Although, I believe that you cannot get it if the person does not have blisters. I would talk with your doctor to double check on that part.) This actually happened to someone I know...and we haven't been back to that restaurant since then!
