Ok well you need to sit down with her and talk to her about it. Try and get her to open up to you as it sounds like she is in a vunerable and frightened place at the moment. She needs someone to talk to therefore try and get her to open up to you. But also tell her that even though you are there for her you need your own space and life as well and tell her not to worry about you.

I think she was scared because she's pregnant and she gets scared real easy and she cries alot too.

Was it just the both of you on your own? Maybe she didnt like the idea of being left on her own. You need to sit down with her and ask her what her reason was, its the only way you will get to the bottom of it. Goodluck
